Mimi and Lula

Mimi and Lula is a relatively new brand founded in 2017 by two women named Natasha Hodson and Nicola Burne. The two women previously worked on creating accessories for grown women, but when they themselves became mothers of little girls, they wanted to create some accessories for them that would be varied enough to please their daughters, but also to give the little ones parents of girls a large selection of different options for dressing their children. Mimi and Lula have since acquired a large selection of accessories in different and colorful designs, which children can use to express themselves, both in everyday life, but also if there are to be dress-up parties among friends, and on many other occasions.

Cute accessories and clothes for your child

Mimi and Lula have a selection of both everyday accessories, in the form of hair clips, buckles, bows and the like, as well as bags, key rings and clothes for your child. The different products from Mimi and Lula can all be found in different cute colors and with different small icons on them, such as a star, so your child is guaranteed to think it's cool and nice to wear. Your child can also dress up with the costumes from Mimi and Lula, and be anything from a cute butterfly to a dangerous pirate.

Ethical and sustainable production

At Mimi and Lula, it is not only their intention to produce products that are nice for the child to wear, but also to focus on our planet, which must be ours and our future generations' home for a long time to come. Therefore, sustainability and ethics play a big factor in production at Mimi and Lula, and new ways of being more sustainable are constantly being looked for.

Packaging: At Mimi and Lula, minimal plastic is used, and the various tags etc. used for their bags, among other things, are made of cardboard and attached to the bag with string. The various orders are packed in degradable and recyclable paper, and the stickers used to seal the package are also made of environmentally friendly paper.

Products: At Mimi and Lula, materials are used that are non-toxic, and various tests are carried out to ensure that REACH standards are complied with, and that chemicals that may be harmful are not used.

The most important materials used at Mimi and Lula include: Polyurethane (vegan leather), iron, polyester, cellulose acetate and paper wicker.

Transport: At Mimi and Lula, the aim is to use sea freight rather than air freight, which helps to reduce CO2 emissions on the ground.

In addition to the above, Mimi and Lula are committed to reducing their waste. They do this, among other things, by not buying too many materials, nor by overproducing their products.
