Extended right of withdrawal

As a member of Little Happy, you get a full 30-day right of cancellation, so you have more time to cancel your purchase when you are a member.

Birthday present for your child

When you are a member at Little Happy, your child gets an extra birthday present. On your child's birthday,
you simply need to contact us to have a gift card issued for a total of 14 €. The gift card is valid for 30 days from the child's birthday/issue date.
The birthday present is per child and documentation on the child's birthday must be forwarded.

Earn loyalty points

As a member of Little Happy, you continuously earn loyalty points* for each month you are a member, which you can use to shop for.
You earn 100 points every month you are a member, which has a value of 2 €.
You can always contact us to find out your number of loyalty points and contact us if you want to redeem them.

*When you cancel your membership, your earned loyalty points are forfeited. Loyalty points cannot be paid out or refunded, but must be redeemed in the shop. To use your loyalty points, you must write an email to customer service with the subject line "Redemption of loyalty points".

Full control and flexibility

When you are a member at Little Happy, you have the opportunity to track your shipment and change delivery information,
you just have to send an email to our customer service and they will help you at no extra charge.
You also get access to your order overview, so you can always keep an eye on your orders at Little Happy.

Participation in raffles

As a member at Little Happy, you are automatically entered into monthly draws without you having to do anything.
You therefore have the opportunity to win in raffles every month. You can follow the monthly draws on the page. The winner will be notified directly.

Personal shopping agent

When you are a member at Little Happy, you have access to the personal shopping agent at any time, who recommends you products online that are customized based on your shopping history.
