If the bath toy can do it, it is important that it is cleaned well so that mold does not get inside it. If you don't want to clean the bath toy after use, look for bath toys that don't have a hole in the bottom where water can be sucked in. If the bath toy gets moldy inside, it can spread to the water that the baby is bathing in and in the worst case it can make the child sick, and we should avoid that completely.
