How to use Zleepii cradle motor

It is important to follow the use and safety instructions before using your cradle motor.

When the Zleepii cradle motor is to be hung from the ceiling or in a stand, it is very important that you are aware that you are using a stand that fits the Zleepii cradle motor.

When your cradle motor is mounted where you want it to be, a cord must be pulled out. The string must be fixed at the bottom of the spring, and only then can you switch on the engine.

You can now give the cradle a small jerk, and then you will experience that the cradle motor takes over and cradles the child as if you were cradling the child yourself. The cradle motor is silent, so it does not disturb the child's sleep. At the same time, the cradle motor can also be adjusted at different speeds and it can provide different movements.

Choose the right spring for your child

The different springs from Zleepii have several ways of moving, and at the same time there is also a difference in softness. The different springs suit the children's different weight classes.

It is important to remember that all springs will wear out over time. It is therefore important that you replace the spring when it seems worn, especially if the cradle motor is to be reused for another child.

When the cradle motor is in use, it is important that the spring does not rattle. If you find that the spring does that when you increase the speed, it is a sign that there is too little weight in the sling cradle.

Among other things, you can remedy this problem by reducing the speed, or by switching to a spring that is softer.

Zleepii cradle motor recommendations

If you choose to use another spring, although it is not recommended, it is very important that this spring does not have a diameter that exceeds 40 mm.

If the spring is over 40 mm, you run the risk of the pull cord being worn and thus breaking. It can also lead to the cradle motor having a higher noise level. If a different spring is used, the right to complain will be waived.

A safety wire is not included in the Zleepii cradle motor, and therefore it is recommended that if you have not already secured the sling cradle, you should purchase an additional safety wire next to it.
